What is Set and how to use it

“Set” is your way to schedule a specific message to go out to a patient ahead of time.

When you choose a patient to put into “Set” a new window will be brought up asking for more details on what you want to do with the patient:

Send Via: Choose whether you would like to send a Text or Email.

Responsible Party: Choose which responsible party you would like Ava to send the message to.

Message Box: Type out the message that you would like to send to the patient.

Send Date: Choose the date that you want Ava to send the message on.

Time: Choose the time of day that you want Ava to send the message.

Follow Up: Choose the follow up bucket that you want Ava to place the patient in.

Who are you? Assign a team member to the patient.

Once you press submit, Ava will now send your message on the date you set, and let you know when it’s the assigned Team Member’s turn to take action. You’ll be able to tell that a patient is in SET follow up because their name will have an S beside it and be in a highlighted in a blue box.
