What is Remind and how to use it

“Remind” is your way to schedule an automatic reminder to be sent to you.

When you choose a patient to put into “Remind” a new window will be brought up asking for more details on what you want to do with the patient and what you want to be reminded about. You have the following options:

Notes: Type out the notes that you want Ava to send to you via email.  These notes will only be seen by you.

Remind Date: Choose the day that you would like Ava to send you the reminder.

Follow Up: Choose the follow up bucket that you want Ava to place the patient in.

Who are you? Assign yourself or another team member to receive the reminder email.

On the date you selected, Ava will send a reminder with your notes to the assigned team member. You’ll be able to tell that a patient is in Remind follow up because their name will have an R beside it and be in a highlighted blue box.
