What is Auto and how to use it

Choosing “Auto” means that you would like Ava to take care of following up with a patient using a series of automatically triggered texts, emails, and call notifications.

When a patient replies or if a Call Notification comes through to your team, Ava will let you know that it’s the Team Member’s turn to take action with the patient.

When you put a patient into “Auto” a new window will pop up asking for more details on what you want to do with the patient:

Notes: There is a text box in the middle of the window for you to add in any notes that you may want to remember for later regarding that patient.  These notes will only be seen by you.

Responsible Party: Choose which responsible party you would like Ava to contact during the follow up sequence.

Language: English or Spanish sequence.

Follow Up: Choose the follow up sequence you would like Ava to put this patient into.

Who are you? Assign a team member to the patient.

Once you press submit, Ava will take care of the rest and let you know when it’s the assigned Team Member’s turn to take action again. You’ll be able to tell that a patient is in Auto follow up because their name will have an A beside it and be in a highlighted blue box.
